Registration is for individuals. Your fee includes materials for each person, and there is no group viewing option. There is a limit of 60 total participants. 

Note: this program is only open to individuals who work in New York State.


We welcome people of all abilities to programs. We will turn on Zoom captions by default. Please leave a message in the field below to request additional accommodation, such as ASL interpreters, CART captioning, audio description, or other reasonable accommodations. Requesting accommodations as early as possible is critical. Requests made at least one week in advance will help to ensure availability.

Refund Policy:

You may cancel your registration at any time by notifying Southeastern in writing*. To receive a refund of your registration fee, Southeastern must receive notification at least two (2) full days before the scheduled workshop. Refunds are provided by credit card or check and will be processed within about four weeks. There will be a $5 processing fee for all returned funds.

If you would like to transfer your registration to another person:

If you cannot attend a workshop, you may send another person from your organization or another member organization in your place without penalty. Please notify Southeastern in advance so we can create the proper materials for the new attendees.

If you do not attend the class:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds unless you give us advance notice.
